高职院校助学贷款的困境及出路

在高校引入教育消费信贷,“用明天的钱,圆今天的梦”,实施以受教育者的诚信品质和未来收入为担保的助学贷款制度来帮助贫困生完成学业是非常必要的。目前高职院校的助学贷款工作的主要阻力来自银行的“惜贷情绪”。要从落实“三个代表”重要思想的高度来认识助学贷款工作,建议尽快出台《国家助学贷款法》,加强学生诚信道德修养的教育,用经济的手段来化解助学贷款风险问题,并尽快建立全国性的学生信息查询系统,以确保高职院校的助学贷款走出困境。
