摘    要:基于数字信号处理器TMS320C6416,设计并实现一种红外图像的高速数据采集和识别系统.以DSP为图像实时处理单元,采用精确延时和信号均衡技术实现了双路高精度ADC的倍频数据采集,实现复杂背景下弱小目标的实时检测与识别,解决了双AD采集中两路AD时钟相位反相难题.实验表明,该系统具有通用性和实时处理能力.

Abstract:A high-speed infrared image data acquisition and recognition system based on TMS320C6416 is designed and implemented. In this system, a real-time image processing unit is made by two DSP chips and a 250 MHz high-speed data acquisition system is made by dual 12 bit 125 MHz AD chips, which can ensure the real-time detection and recognition of weak targets in complex background and also solve the difficulty of clock phase. The real-time characteristics and practical abilities of the system are validated by real-time detection of weak targets in complex background.
