摘    要:对无烟煤和烟煤在2-18 GHz微波频段间的电磁性质及其变化规律进行了系统分析和研究。结果表明,无烟煤和烟煤均属于电阻型吸波材料,电磁能主要衰减在材料电阻上。无烟煤的电磁性能优于烟煤,在微波冶金常用的2.45 GHz处,更适宜用无烟煤作还原剂,达到快速升温进而还原的目的。本结论对微波冶金研究工作有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In this paper the electromagnetic properties of anthracite and soft coal and their changing rule in 2-18 GHz microwave frequency range are systemically analyzed and studied. The result indicates that anthracite and soft coal belong to resistance loss wave absorption material, in which electromagnetic energy mainly weakens in the material resistance. It is concluded that the electromagnetic performance of anthracite is better than that of soft coal. At frequency 2.45 GHz commonly used in microwave metallurgy, anthracite is suitable for reducing agent to achieve the goal of the fast elevation of temperature then returning to original state.
