V形件弯曲回弹的计算机辅助分析

目的:本文研究了V形件弯曲回弹变形。方法:建立了V形件弯曲的模型,采用计算机辅助分析V形件弯曲回弹的总变形及其X方向和Z方向的变形,并对V形件弯曲后的应变和安全区进行了分析。结果与结论:通过弯曲件回弹的分析,掌握弯曲件的回弹趋向,初定回弹量的大小,以减少模具在试模调整阶段的工作量,保证弯曲件的质量。

Computer Aided Analysis on the Springback of V-shaped Block

Aim The springback of V-shaped block is studied. Methods The springback of V-shaped model is established to analyze the total deformation as well as the deformation of the X and Z direction by means of computer aided methods. Results and Conclusion The tendency and amount of springback is under control, which reduces the work in the stage of model adjustment and reassures the quality of bending block.
