| 摘 要： | 考虑牛奶中营养物质乳糖与乳酸茵、酵母菌相互转化的转化时间，建立了牛奶中茵群相互作用的时滞模型，并利用微分方程定性分析的方法，给出了非负平衡点的稳定性条件．

| Abstract: | Considering the conversion time among lactose, with time delays about a group of interacting bacteria, and the nonnegative equilibriums by using differential equation lactobacillus and yeast, established a mathematic model derived the sufficient conditions about the local stabihty of qualitative analysis. |
