基于灰色关联度分析的蒸汽发生器故障诊断研究

摘    要:首先介绍了运用灰色关联度分析法进行故障诊断的原理、步骤和方法,并根据对船用核动力装置蒸汽发生器的常见故障分析,提出了一种基于灰色关联度分析法的船用核动力装置蒸汽发生器故障诊断方法。诊断实例表明,将灰色关联度分析法引入蒸汽发生器故障诊断中是可行的,并且具有简单方便、计算量小、诊断结果可靠等特点。

Abstract:The principle, procedure and method of fault diagnosis were introduced by using gray cognate analysis firstly.According to the fault analysis of marine nuclear power plant steam generator, the fault diagnosis method of the steam generator was presented based on cognate analysis. The research results show that it is feasible to introduce gray cognate analysis into fault diagnosis of a steam generator. The method described in this paper has the advantages of simple technique, fewer calculation and reliable diagnosis.
