电弧炉电极调节系统的自适应控制

摘    要:研究了电弧炉电极调节系统的自适应控制问题。首先得出了电极调节系统的模型,然后将系统非线性的传递算子用线性的传递函数序列等效表示,在此基础上得到了模型参考自适应控制的方案。仿真结果表明,自适应控制比PID控制有更好的动态性能,对弧长扰动的抑制能力大大增强。

Abstract:This paper deals with a self adaptive control of electrod regulator system of Arc furnance. To begin with, the model for electrod regulator system is obtained. And the linear transfer function of the system is used equivalently to express the nonlinear transfer operator, on the basis of which, the scheme of model reference adaptive is derived. The simulation results show that adaptive control system has much better dynamic characteristics than PID control system; and the capability of restraining the disturbance of arc length is greatly strengthened.
