| 摘 要： | 本文应用软件工程的理论和方法对煤炭基建局现行管理系统进行了数据分析、业务流程分析及组织划分与职能划分的合理性分析，在分析的基础上确定了煤炭基建ＭＩＳ的系统目标，设计出了系统模块及系统结构。
