| 摘 要： | 本实验观察了低蛋白饮食对小鼠肝脏、肾脏GSH含量及钠钾ATP酶活性的影响。结果表明，低蛋白饮食可引起GSH含量显升高和钠钾ATP酶活性增强，提示长期低蛋白、高炉饮食可导致肝脏、肾脏正常生理生化活动的改变。

| Abstract: | This article observes the effects of low protein diet on GSH content and Na+-K+ATPase activities of liver and kindey in the mice. The results show:low protein food can result in increasing the GSH concentrations and Na+-K+-ATPase activities. It suggests: long term low protein and high carbohydrate diet may result in the normal physiology and biochemistry changes of the liver and the kindey. |
