| 摘 要： | 随着现代化进程的不断推进,民族地区经济社会的发展对民族高等师范教育提出了新要求,回顾新中国民族高等师范教育发展历程,审思民族高等师范教育理念需要创新,民族高师院校"存在教育"的缺失,多元文化教师教育薄弱等问题,并提出相应对策,进一步开展和实施民族高等师范教育工作。

| Abstract: | With the development of the modernization,the economic and society development in national regions puts forward new requirements on ethnic normal higher education,The development process of the ethnic normal higher education is reviewed to find it necessary to innovate the educating concept;that the ethnic normal higher education lacks of "existential education";and that multicultural teachers’ education is weak.The countermeasures are put forward. |
