| 摘 要： | 针对直销领域的直销人员的变化趋势进行了研究.根据直销的销售特征,在考虑人员流动的情况下,建立了三种微分方程模型并对这三种模型进行了分析,得到了一些有益的结论.

| Abstract: | Based on the features of direct selling,the change tendency of salesmen in the direct selling domain considering personnel mobility is discussed in this paper.Some beneficial conclusions are obtained by establishing and analyzing the three differential equations models given in this paper. |
