| Abstract: | Based on expounding the evolution of the methods for the bid invitation and bid evaluation for railway engineering, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the methods for bid invitation and bid evaluation for railway engineering, and points out that the methods for bid invitation and bid evaluation for railway engineering that adapt to China＇ s national conditions and the current construction market should be selected and used. |
