| 摘 要： | 微格教学是师范院校训练学生教学技能的重要手段,是师范院校在教法课教学中贯彻素质教育的一个重要途径.但目前微格教学要在师范院校中大面积有效开展,还存在许多问题.作为省级教学改革课题,近几年我们对此进行了认真的研究和实践.本文将根据我们对这一课题的探讨,并针对现阶段大部分师范院校的实际情况,提出一套切实可行的大面积培养方案.

| Abstract: | Microteachins is an important means not only to improoe the teaching skills of the students at teachers' college,but also to carry out the quality-education.Howcver,at present there are many problems in promoting effective microteaching in large range at teachers'college.As a provincial research subject,it has been studied and practiced carefuly recent years.Based on the studies and the present conditions of major teachers' colleges,this paper advanced arapplicable plan of microteaching in large range. |
