| 摘 要： | 本文从理论上对光纤传感器测量表面粗糙度时的多种测量误差进行了分析,建立了一种对输出光通量的计算分析方法。在此基础上研制了一种性能较佳的准直型光纤传感器,为深孔测量和“在线测量”表面粗糙度提供了一种新型的光纤传感器。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we analyse some measurement errors in surface roughness measuring with optical fibre transducer and present a method to calculate the luminous flux output from the transducer. A new optical fibre transducer with better measuring characteristies has been given out, which can be used as a tool in the deep-hole and on-line surface roughness measurement |
