提高转鼓表面附着性能的研究

摘    要:以氧乙炔火焰喷涂工艺与选择喷涂层为手段,着力于提高汽车试验台转鼓表面附着系数,以获取汽车驱动力矩最大效能。研究结果表明,其结合强度、摩擦系数、相对耐磨性、滑转率和附着系数均达到设计要求,试验获得较为满意的效果。

Abstract:By means of oxyacetylene flame spraying and selection of different coating , surface adhesion factor of automobile drum type machine are improved, thus resulting in the maximum efficiency of vehicle drive moment. The experimental results show that binding strength,friction coefficient,relative wearability,slippage and adhesive factor will meet the design requirements, and satisfactory results are obtained
