随着电信网络的飞速发展,网络日益成为企业节约成本、增加收入的有效资源.因此更好地了解和管理网络,合理规划和利用网络资源,无论对运营商还是研究人员都具有重要意义.作为电信网络管理系统的重要技术,数据采集技术提供了网络设备的带宽利用率、CPU利用率、内存利用率和端口性能等参数,这些参数对于网络管理员管理优化系统是十分重要的.论述了基于SNMP协议进行“数据采集”的算法以及在电信领域的具体实现.

Study and implementation of data collecting technology in telecom network management

As the rapid growth of the telecom net,the network has been an valid resource for enterprises to both save costs and increase revenue.So we need to monitor and manage their network in a better way.It is very important for either telecom company or researchers to measure and analyze traffic transiting of network in order to take good use of resources.As an important technology of telecom network management system,data collecting technology provides the parameters of network equipment such as utilization rate of bandwidth,CPU and memory,and port performance.These parameters are important to manage and optimize system for administrator.The paper discusses algorithm and telecom implementation of data collecting by using SNMP protocol.
