| 摘 要： | 本文对某工具厂3Cr_2W_8V热锻模失效的形式及原因进行了分析,提出了相应的新工艺,从而避免了早期脆断、克服了强度低、硬度低、型腔容易塌陷等问题。使模具寿命明显提高,由原来锻打2000件左右提高到锻打5000件以上。

| Abstract: | The failure forms and the causes of failure of 3 Cr_2W_8V Steel dies hot-forging are analyzed in this paper, According to the analyzing, a new heat treatment process is carried out, Some problems such asearly brittle rupture, low strengtn, low hardness and die-cavity collapse are reduced remarkably, Tnerefore, the die life is increased from2, 000 pieces per die to about, 5, 000 pieces. |
