摘    要:本文合成了六个多甲川苯乙烯型菁染料,研究了溶剂对其最大吸收波长、Stokes位移及荧光量子效率的影响。比较了两个典型的用来描写溶剂对吸收波长影响的McRae方程和Nicol方程,发现前者在这里更为适合。结果还表明,这些染料在不同溶剂中的Stokes位移较好地符合Lippert方程,溶剂性质对染料的荧光效率影响很大。

Abstract:Six polymethine styryl cyanine dyes have been synthesised. The solvent effects on the maximum absorption wavelength, Stokes shifts, and fluorescence efficiencies of these dyes have been studied. McRae equation and Nicol equation describing solvent effects on absorption wavelength have been compared, and it is found that McRae equation is more suitable here. The results show that Stokes shifts of these dyes in various solvents well fit Lippert equation, and the fluorescence quantum efficiencies are extremely affected by solvent properties.
