| 摘 要： | 辽宁省具有丰厚的满族文化资源，尤其是满族历史遗存、民俗风情与民间文化独具魅力。如何在有效保护满族文化的前提下，将满族文化资源优势转变为文化产业竞争优势，是辽宁省建设文化强省进程中需要解决的关键问题。开发满族文化资源既要遵循文化产业发展的一般规律，还要充分动员民间力量，挖掘满族文化的内涵，创新文化产业发展思路，充分利用现代传媒技术与艺术形式。
