| 摘 要： | 分析了安徽砀山农业资源的优势及不利因素，认为改善当地生态环境是农业发展的前题．当地生态环境的改善经历了防风固沙──治理盐碱──调整农业结构三个阶段．本文就农业资源合理利用和生态农业建设提出了若干对策。
