基于芯片级的高速电子电路后仿真技术

摘    要:芯片制造工艺水平的提高以及芯片工作频率的提高,使得电子电路呈现出高速效应.分别论述了高速电路产生的原因、高速电路的界定、高速电路设计中需要解决的主要问题,以及后仿真技术.以Mentor公司的高速电路后仿真软件ICX的操作流程为例,介绍了后仿真技术在高速电子电路设计中的作用和意义.

Abstract:Because of the exaltation of chip manufacturing craft level and chip work frequency,the electric circuit presents a high-speed effect.This paper introduced the reason of creating the high-speed circuit, the definition of the high-speed electric circuit,the main problem that need to be resolved in the high-speed electric circuit design,and the post-simulation technique.Via the operate-flow's demo of ICX,the function and the meaning of the post-simulation technique in the high-speed electric circuit design were introduced.
