| 摘 要： | 本文建立了预测和控制人口增长的矩阵形式的差分方程模型，此模型的特点是考虑了育龄妇女各年龄的生育率。利用《中国人口统计年鉴》上收集到的部分数据和数学软件Matlab，按照不同的生育率，对我国的人口发展进行了预测。得出生育率控制在1．8附近时，前30年左右人口增长缓慢增长到14亿，然后人口开始逐渐下降，既防止了人口增长过快，又能很好地控制人口老龄化。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses a modeling of difference equation for controlling and forecasting population, in which we consider the rate of reproduction of women in different age. By the part data in （China yearbook of population）,we .use the Matlab tool and forecast the population of state. We conclude the optimum rate of reproduction. |
