| Abstract: | In the tide of industrial technical innovition,the Produotivity Promotion Centre (PPC) emerges as the time dimands. It is a medium service organization with stress on the market requirement driving. Backing on the government,fasing to the society and relying on the government , fasing to the society and relying on the sci-tech , PPC provides the services in varied forms and all directions for middle-sized and small-sized enbterprises so that these enterprises are able to obtain obvious economic benefits and social benefits.PPC has become the technical backing and the think bank for the development of enterprises. |
