| 摘 要： | 采用背景自动更新技术,实现了一个交通事件视频检测系统。该系统由分析仪、数据服务器和管理器等组成,可对交通事件报警,可在事件事故发生时自动录像,以及进行永久录像、管理员录像、多摄像机录像和外部触发录像,可测量交通参数,可进行远程维护,实现对道路交通安全管理。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the operating principle,system composition and systemfunctions of the video detection system for traffic incident to promote the system applicationsin highway management.The system is composed of analyzer,data server and manager.It hasmany functions such as traffic accidence alarming,accidence video recording,permanentvideoing,operator videoing,multi-camera videoing,external triggering videoing,trafficparameter measuring,and remote maintenance etc.to realize the safely traffic management. |
