一种输出无衍射光束的金属环状波导激光器的光场特性

摘    要:介绍一种输出无衍射光束的金属环状波导激光器,以横向电(TE)模为例详细分析了金属环状波导谐振腔内的电磁场分布,耦合损耗,输出光束近、远场特性.通过几何光学分析了产生无衍射光的原理,计算了无衍射光的相关参数.由衍射积分理论分析和模拟了输出光束的光强分布特性,所得分析结果与几何光学分析是一致的.结果表明,该器件能够输出无衍射光束.

Abstract:The situation of an annular waveguide laser with all-metallic materials for generating non-diffracting beams is presented.The properties of the electromagnetic field distribution,near-and far-field and the coupling loss of the transverse electric(TE) mode in the resonator are analyzed in detail.The formation mechanism of the non-diffracting beam is analyzed by geometrical optics,and the relevant parameters are also calculated.The intensity distribution of output beam is simulated by diffraction and interference theory.The results are basically consistent with the geometrical optics.The research shows that non-diffracting beams can be generated by this element.
