砂仁提取物的抗菌及抗氧化效应研究

摘    要:以阳春砂仁(Amomun villosum)为原料,经过研磨过筛,超声浸提,分级萃取,得到砂仁粗提物.研究提取物的抑菌性和抗氧化性,结果表明,砂仁提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、沙门氏菌(Salmonella)、铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)、葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)和肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae)有不同程度的抑制作用.1,1-二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)实验显示,砂仁提取物具有较强的抗氧化作用,以乙酸乙酯层提取物的抗氧化效果最好,质量浓度达到18 μg/mL时,导致0.1 mmol/L DPPH自由基下降到13.99%,其清除率为86.01%.

Abstract:The antimicrobial and antioxidant effects of extract from Amomum villosum Lour have been studied using the methods of sift through the grinding,ultrasonic extraction,hierarchical extraction to get villosum extract.The results showed that extract of A.villosum have different degrees of inhibition on Bacillus subtilis,Escherichia coli,Salmonella,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae.DPPH test showed that the extract had strong antioxidant.Extract of A.villosum ethyl acetate layer had the best antioxidant effects,and decreased the amount of DPPH(0.1 mmol/L) free radical to 13.99% when its concentration was 18 μg/mL,clearance rate was 86.01%.
