| 摘 要： | 研究了某厂的矿泉水，发现引起产品中沉淀产生的生物性原因主要是由于霉菌所致，在霉菌中以青霉属和绿色木霉两种菌种为主。同时发现阳光、空气和温度对其稳定性也有影响。

| Abstract: | The precipitate of mineral water is mainly caused by non-organuisms which are the colloid and the salt in the water .This paper has observed the reason of precipitate of organisms is mainly the molds which involes the penicillium and the trichoderma virid, and the experiment has observed air, sun, and temperature also influenced the stability of mineral water. |
