当代终身教育理论的研究现状和课题

虽然迄今关于建立统一的适用于任何国家的终身教育政策尚不存在、或者说尚不具备建立的条件,但这并不等于说不存在共同遵守或实践的理念及原则.经过国际社会40余年的研究和推广,在终身教育的一些基本原则方面还是达成了较为普遍的共识,例如,对于"终身学习权"的认识和理解以及关于终身教育部分领域的再构建和组织化等.其议论的焦点和面临的主要课题又集中在对学校机能扩张的检讨,对基础教育改革的探索,关于民间团体的作用和功能的发挥,对国家权力作用的期待等方面.

Recent Researches and Issues of Contemporary Lifelong Education

Up to now,a lifelong education policy suitable for any nation still does not exist,or to say that the establishing requirement cannot be met.However,it surely does not mean there is no common idea and principle in observance and practice.Through the research and the promotion during the past over 40 years,international society has come to the consensus on some basic principle of lifelong education,such as,understanding regarding "lifelong learning right" as well as reconstruction and systematization in the field of lifelong education,for which the discussion and main topic concentrates on the comment on the outspread of school function,on the exploration of elementary education reform,on the function of the folk association,and on the expectations of the state power.
