基于激光干涉仪的机床精度检测实验设计

摘    要:针对引进的科研设备———RENISHAW ML10 GLOD激光干涉仪,进行适用于本科实验教学的创新实验设计。开发了基于激光干涉仪的创新实验———数控机床精度检测与误差补偿实验。结果表明,此类实验的开设不仅可以大大增强科研设备的利用率,而且对创新本科实验教学、提高学生专业技能有很大帮助。

Abstract:This paper studied on innovative experiment designation which based on the scientific equipment(ML10-GLOD RENISHAW laser interferometer) for undergraduate teaching.Many experiments are developed about the CNC machine precision testing and error compensation.The results show that such experiments not only greatly increase the use ratio,but also be of great help in innovation undergraduate experimental teaching and improve students' professional skills.
