| 摘 要： | 针对深沟球轴承质量要求高，生产量大，应用面广，国际市场竞争力差等问题，就国内外普遍关注的深沟球轴承自动装配线重要组成部分——自动合套机的设计原理、结构及组成进行了研究和探讨。结合实际生产情况，给出了自动合套机的控制系统及合套装置的技术方案和设计参数。

| Abstract: | Because the quality requirement of the deep groove ball bearing is high,and the volume of production is large, and the range of application is wide,and the competitive capability on world market is low,the modern assembly line based on deep groove ball bearing is paid close attention to at home and abroad.The automatic assembly machine of ball bearing covering is cardinal component part of the modern assembly line. In this paper, the design principle, the component and the structure for the automatic assembly machine of ball bearing covering are presented.Combined to the development of practical machine,the technical methods and design parameters of the control system and the assembly structure are given. |
