| 摘 要： | 利用乙醚、无水乙醇、氯仿等提取黄荆不同器官的活性物质,并用提取物对几种细菌进行抑菌试验.结果表明:黄荆各器官的提取物对细菌均有抑制作用,抑菌范围从大到小为茎>根>籽>叶;抑菌作用大小顺序为茎>根>籽>叶;效果最好的提取溶剂是乙醚,其次是乙醇,然后是氯仿.

| Abstract: | The active substance was extracted from various organism of Vitex negundo Linn.by use of ether,chloroform and ethanol,then it was used for bacteriostasis experiment on some bacteria.The results indicated: all of the extracts from various organs of Vitex negundo Linn.had inhibitory effect on bacteria,and the range of inhibitory effect was stem>root>seeds>leaves;the capability of inhibitory effect was also stem>root>seeds>leaves.As a solvent to extract,ether has the best effect,and ethanol has better effect than chloroform. |
