| 摘 要： | 以机器人焊接的生产线质量自动监测及管理为对象，采用基于网络的车间级前沿机及服务器分别实现现场单个质量监控点的微观质量监测及整个流水线的宏观质量管理，探讨了流水线加工过程通用性质量监控平台的构建方法，同时还探讨了数据集市和数据挖掘技术系统在该系统的应用。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the establishment of quality monitoring platform for automatic arc welding process. It adopts the control workstation as well as the sever to realize the quality monitoring for every quality control node and total quality management for whole production line using client/sever architecture.The paper also discusses the application of the data mart and mining technique in this system. |
