| Abstract: | The paper finds out the roof cause of 1991's serious disasters of flood and drought in China. We reveal the basiccharacters of the disasters of flood and drought in Chinese seven typical regions, including the valleye of Huai River andTai Lake, in two years ofter every previous large ground level enhancement event of cosmic rays. From July 1989 toMay 1990 cosmic ray environment happened large enhancement. And the disasters of flood and drought all occurred onceagain in these regions in 1991. The very good uniformify of the 1991's disasters and the previous disasters persuasivelyproves that the 1991's disasters of floot and drought were caused by the enhancement of cosmic ray environment.Finding roof cause, it means that we discover a new way to forecast the future disasters of flood and drought. |
