| 摘 要： | 基于循环经济理论,构建了我国煤炭企业生产代价模型。该模型将资源与生态环境代价作为负投入,加入到传统煤炭企业生产模型,便于全面分析煤炭企业生产过程中的代价程度。利用该模型分析1991至2006年我国煤炭企业的相关数据,结果表明：我国资源代价和生态环境代价增长率对于煤炭生产增长率的减弱程度大于17.5%,煤炭生产资源和生态环境代价巨大,严重制约着煤炭生产,煤炭企业发展循环经济非常迫切。
