电动汽车用电池管理系统的研究

摘    要:在大量动力电池充放电动态响应试验研究的基础上,研制了电动汽车动力电池在线监测系统.系统以MC9S12DP256B微控制器为核心,实时监测电池电压、电流和温度等信息;利用电池的电压模型、安时平衡模型,模糊控制模型估算荷电状态;通过CAN和多能源管理系统进行通信;将电池的状态信息保存于EEPROM中.试验结果表明:该管理系统对车用管式铅酸电池荷电状态的预测具有较高的精度.

Abstract:Dynamic charge and discharge response of power battery was carried out experimentally.An on-line monitoring system of power battery in electric vehicle is developed.The heart of this system is the MCU typed MC9S12DP256B,it can monitor the voltage,the current and the temperature of the battery.It was found that can estimate state of charge using battery voltage model,the Ah balance model and the fuzzy control model,by CAN can communicate with multi-energy management system,and storing the static information of battery into EEPROM.The testing results revealed that this battery management system can highly precisely predict the state of charge of spiral-wound lead-acid battery,and can deal with normal problems as well.
