官能团化碳纳米管的表征

摘    要:采用不同酸处理方法对碳纳米管进行官能团化,并用酸碱滴定、红外光谱和拉曼光谱对碳纳米管进行表征。结果表明,酸处理后在碳纳米管表面引入羰基、羧基及羟基官能团,碳纳米管的缺陷程度、总酸量以及羧基含量取决于氧化温度、酸类型、处理时间和酸浓度;羧基的引入需要强氧化作用,总酸量和羧基含量随着氧化程度的增强而增加;可以通过控制处理条件改变碳管表面官能团的种类和数量。

Abstract:Different acids have been used to oxidize carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and introduce functional groups on the side walls of the CNTs. The products were characterized by Raman and IR spectroscopy and acid base titrations. The results indicated that the total acid content including OH, COOH and C=O groups, and the ratio of COOH groups to the total acid content depend on the type and concentration of acids, the oxidation time, and the oxidation temperature. The introduction of COOH groups required vigorous acid oxidation and the ratio of COOH groups to the total acid content increased as the oxidation conditions became increasingly vigorous. The types and amounts of functional groups on the CNTs can be controlled by varying the treatment conditions.
