摘    要:本文对激光驱动气相合成超细微粉的反应条件与反应过程的关系作了讨论和分析,探讨了提高生成率的途径。

Abstract:The ultra-micro particles laser driven synthesised in gas phase have the adventages of high purity, uniformity of their size and flexible controllability. But the low productivity of the method has always been the crucial problem unsolved. In this paper, the relations between the reaction condition and reaction process of the method mentioned, above are investigated and analysed from different angles. Furthermore, the means by which the productivity could be raised are also disscussed attentively.
