F—1型浮阀塔板雾沫夹带的研究

摘    要:本文在1.5×0.328m矩形塔冷模上研究了F-1型浮阀塔板在不同汽液接触状态下的雾沫夹带规律,得到了喷溅、混合泡沫及泡沫三种状态下的雾带预测关联式及相应的清液层高度关联式和状态转变判别式。文中分析了不同状态下雾带形成的机理和主要因素。

Abstract:The behavior of liquid cutrainment from F-f valve tray was systematically studied on a specially constructed rectangular simulator with air-water system. Based on the mechanism of entrainment formation, the correlations for predicting the tray entrainment rate at different operatingflow regimes--spray, mixed-froth and froth, were given. In the regressivecorrelations, the clear liquid height had been regarded as a parameter. The criteria to identify these flow regimes were also correlated.
