摘    要:谷子药壁的发育属单子叶型。在花粉成熟时,药壁仅剩下药室内壁和表皮,中层和绒毡层分别在小孢子母细胞和花粉的发育过程中退化消失。绒毡层为分泌类型。小孢子母细胞减数分裂前期Ⅰ存在染色质穿壁现象。由小孢子母细胞减数分裂形成的四分体有两侧对称、交互对称、直列式和T形。胞质分裂为连续型。在花序顶端自旗叶露出后的1—2天之内,是采集减数分裂材料的最佳时期。

Abstract:The development of anther wall is of monocotyledonous type. At the matureof pollen, anther wall contains only endothecium and epidermis, and middle lay-er and tapetum have disappeared respectively in the course of the development ofmicrospore mother cells and pollen grains. The tapetum is a secretory tapetum.In the prophase of the meiosis of microspere mother cells exists cytomixis. Thetetrad is isolateral, decussate, linear and T-shaped. 1--2days in which the topof inflorescence is exposing from flag leaf are the best time for collecting thematerial of meiosis.
