| Abstract: | This paper expounds the connotation of the technical innovation of virtual organization, points out that the technical innovation of virtual organization is made on a cooperative innovation mode, analyzes on the characteristics of this innovation mode, and introduces some common selection methods for the innovation projects including the expense/benefit comparative analysis method and Dear Method. |
