| 摘 要： | 重点实验室是科技创新的平台,是高校学科建设的重点内容。本文分别从重点实验室人才培养、科学研究和学科的交叉、渗透等三个方面论述了其在学科发展中的作用;针对目前重点实验室建设中出现的主要问题,提出了在重点实验室建设中,要坚持学科优势和特色,抓好科技创新、人才队伍建设、实验室开放、基础设施建设,形成实验室建设与学科建设间的良性循环,促进学科建设和发展。
