| Abstract: | An easily testable design scheme proposed in the paper makes full use of the intrinsic programmable characteristic of PLD in itself to simplify the difficulty in diagnosing.All delay faults and logic faults can be detected.Delay faults and crosspoint faults can be diagnosed.The detection and diagnosis are extraordinarily convenient. |
