| 摘 要： | 报道了贵州不同地貌下的两种鼠耳蝠(中华鼠耳蝠和水鼠耳蝠)的染色体核型,它们的染色体数均为2n=44,NF=50,常染色体都由4对M型的近中着丝粒染色体和17对T型的端着丝粒染色体组成,性染色体为XY决定,且X为M型近中着丝粒染色体,Y为T型端着丝粒染色体。研究证明鼠耳蝠动物的核型在该属内具有极端的保守性。

| Abstract: | we reported the karyotypes of two Mytios species(M.myotis luctuosuss G.Allen and M.daubenttoni Kuli)from different physiognomy in Guizhou province.Their chromosome number are all 2n=44,NF=50.The autsomes consist of 4 pairs of metacentric choromosomes and 17 telocentric chorosomes.The sexual choromosome consist of XY.X is metacentric choromosome and Y is telocentric chorosome.We have proved again that the Mytios,s bats have extremely conservative karyotype in this genus. |
