| 摘 要： | 在计算机实训中,针对高校本科计算机专业毕业生理论知识偏强、动手能力稍差、程序设计技能与企业需求脱轨等问题,提出了要以企业技能需求为主导,以软件开发公司实际开发过的项目案例为主线,进行实训课程方案的设计与实践。在课程方案设计中,提出融入企业开发管理流程,有的放矢地让学生利用新技术、新技能开发软件,使之与企业需求挂钩,提高学生就业时的竞争力,推进学生就业。同时,在实训授课课程中严格遵守企业开发所遵循的软件生产的流程管理学生,管理学生的团队合作、独立开发能力。
