急性心肌梗塞的延迟溶栓观察

自1995年7月至1997年6月,有20例急性心肌梗塞患者接受静脉溶栓治疗,其中6例是发病6～12小时以后就医的。这6例患者之中4例发病前表现为初发劳累型心绞痛,未合并有其它疾病。1例合并有成人型糖尿病。1例过去有高血压病并且有过下壁心肌梗塞。全部病例均能良好地耐受溶栓治疗,治疗有助于患者平稳地渡过心肌梗塞后前5周。

A Clinical Study on Actue Myocardial Infarction Patients Undergoing Delyed Thrombolytic Therapy

20 acute myocardial infarction cases were treated with intravenous urokinase between July, 1995 and June, 1997 in our hospital. 6 cases underwent delyed thrombolytic therapy. From the clinical investigate of 6cases of patients we come to the couclusion: If not contraindication, the delyed thrombolytic therapy is safety (in comparision with those treated within 6hours, the risk ratio for patients having bleeding action delyed thrombolytic therapy is similiar.) The delyed thrombolytic therapy decreases complication and cardiac death in acute stage after the onset of myocardial infarction.
