摘    要:研究观察了牛乳对大鼠应激性胃粘膜损伤期血清脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果显示:在应激前3h用0.5ml、1.0ml、2.0ml和应激前0.5h、1.5h、2.5h用2.0ml剂量牛乳分别灌胃,能有效防止胃牯膜损伤形成,血清丙二醛(MDA)含量和SOD活性明显低于和高于对照组,还呈现量—效关系。将1.0ml牛乳注入空肠,具有与灌胃相似的作用。提示在机体应激过程中牛乳可通过有效地降低机体脂质过氧化的产物MDA含量和提高SOD活性,来增强机体抗氧化能力,维持组织细胞的正常生理功能,减轻大鼠应激性胃粘膜损伤程度。

Abstract:The influences of milk on MDA and SOD contents were observed. The results showed that the infusion mascule of 0.5ml, 1.0ml and 2.0ml milk before stress and 2.0ml milk before 0.5hours, 1.5hours and 2.5hours could prevent the formation of gastric mucosal damage in rats. The MDA contents and SOD activities were remarkably lower and higher than those in control group with a recationship of damage and effective.
