| 摘 要： | 对急性脑梗塞(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)60例,随机分为颈动脉加压滴注瘫康灵组和常规治疗对照组,治疗后效果有显著差异(P<0.01)。颈动脉药物滴注组效果明显。

| Abstract: | 60 patients of Acute Cerebral Infraction (ACI) were divided into two groups, one was treated with Tankanglin by way of carotid-clysis and another with routine therapy. The resut showed that the former effect was much better than the latter. Tankangling is a compound agent which consists of several drugs. By way of carotid-clysis, it cah function to the cerebral diseased area directly, pass through the cerebral barrier, relief the cerebral vascular spasm and promote the cells activation. We thought that the therapy with Tankanglin by way of carotid- clysis is one of effective methods curing ACI. |
