| 摘 要： | 既有的经营城市理论对我国城市化和城市发展起到了显著的推动作用，但传统的经营城市只是被定义为解决城市建设资金不足的一种工具或手段，有必要重新审视经营城市概念的内涵和外延，将提升城市整体竞争力作为经营城市的导向。

| Abstract: | The theory of urban management influences greatly the urbanism and development in our country. But the traditional urban management is defined as one sort of the instrument or measure to solve the fund shortage to construct the town. We have to review the intension and extension of the conception of the urban management and put the raising of competition strength of the whole town as the direction of the urban management fund. |
