对百米途中跑缓冲技术的再认识

摘    要:对短跑途中跑支撑过程时相阶段的划分是正确认识百米途中跑缓冲技术的基础.从运动学、动力学、功和能、肌电等多角度对短跑途中跑缓冲阶段几个关键性的技术重新进行研究,肯定了前蹬的制动和贮能的矛盾统一体;认识到训练水平越高的运动员的着地缓冲距离为何相对增长;论证了减少前蹬冲量的关键技术;指出了膝、踝两关节在缓冲阶段的重要作用.

Abstract:The division of time phase in suppporting phase of midway running in sprints is the foundation of analysing the buffer technique in dash while a hundred metre running. This paper researches a few key techniques in buffer phase of midway running in sprints through many angles such as kinematics, dynamics, functional principles and muscle electricity, affirms the contradiction of brake and store energy during the forward stroke, realizes why the spriners with higher training level need a comparatively long touching land buffering distance, proves the key technique of reducing forward stroke momentum, points out the important role of knee and ankle joints in buffering phase.
