基于ABAQUS的汽车前摆臂轻量化设计

摘    要:运用Pro/E和ABAQUS软件建立了某型汽车前摆臂有限元分析(FEA)模型,计算了多种工况下前摆臂结构的应力分布.在此基础上,提出前摆臂结构轻量化设计方案,并进行了改进设计后前摆臂结构的强度分析,确定了合理的轻量化设计方案.

Abstract:In this paper,the author establishes finite element analysis(FEA) model of an automobile front-swing arm by using Pro/E and ABAQUS software.The stress distributions of a front-swing arm are calculated in various conditions.Based on the results of these analyses,the lightweight design of front-swing arm structure is represented.The strength of new front-swing arm structure are examined,and the reasonable lightweight design is achieved.
